2. Description of Service
LabSquare is a cloud-based dental laboratory management software that provides tools for case management, customer management, production tracking, and business analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
- We reserve the right to change our prices upon 30 days' notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LabSquare and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTIVA LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
